A Real Maids Inc was built by Maria Del Rocio Morales on a simple idea: a cleaning company should do what it says, every visit, without being reminded. Show up in the window you promised. Clean every room from the same checklist so nothing gets skipped. Send the same people back, so they know the house. And put the price in writing before the first visit, so there is never a surprise. We've grown almost entirely by word of mouth across Round Lake, Grayslake, Gurnee, Libertyville, Mundelein and the rest of Lake County — one house, one apartment, one office at a time.

Cleaning homes in northern Illinois teaches you things a checklist alone doesn't. Mud season in spring and salt season in winter, and the floors that take the worst of both. Hard water that scales every shower door and faucet in the county. Basements and garages that quietly collect a year's worth of dust. Kitchens that get cooked in three times a day, and the grease that ends up on every surface above the stove. We've learned where the dirt actually goes, and our checklists are built around it.

Today we handle residential and recurring cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in and move-out cleaning, one-time cleans, apartments and condos, offices and commercial spaces, post-construction and post-remodel cleaning, and the specialty jobs — kitchens and bathrooms, inside the fridge and oven, baseboards, windows, basements and garages — with Maria running every account. We're open Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM and Saturday 8 AM to 2 PM, and return and referred customers get 20% off their next cleaning.
