Contractors clear their debris; they don't clean. Construction dust settles into everything — cabinets, vents, window tracks, light fixtures, the tops of doors — and it keeps reappearing for weeks unless it's properly removed. Our post-construction and post-remodel cleaning takes a finished space from 'done' to 'ready to live in': fine dust removed from every surface high to low, inside all new cabinets and drawers, adhesive and paint spatter lifted from glass, tile and fixtures, stickers off new windows and appliances, and floors vacuumed with HEPA filtration and then mopped. We do it for homeowners after a kitchen or bathroom remodel and for builders before a walk-through.
